Oglethorpe County 4-H’ers had the time of their lives during Cloverleaf Camp Rock Eagle 4-H Center July 7-11, 2025!
Oglethorpe County 4-H took 34 4th, 5th & 6th grade students and four adults to camp. Campers went swimming and participated in many classes such as: Archery, Herpetology, High Ropes Course, Hiking, Arts/Crafts, and Sports & Recreation. During camp 4-H’ers learn many life skills and gain a sense of independence being away from home for the week.
Throughout the summer many other Oglethorpe County 4-H’ers have experienced summer camp at our other Georgia 4-H Centers.
Junior Camp (7th-8th grade students) – 7 students attended Junior Camp at Fortson 4-H Center in Hampton, Georgia.
Marine Resources Camp (7th-8th grade students) – 9 students attended Marine Resources Camp at Burton 4-H Center on Tybee Island.
Senior Camp (9th-12th grade students) – 9 students attended Senor Camp at Jekyll Island 4-H Center.
