RECAP: Thoughtful Thursdays

This week, Charlotte Meeks, ANR Agent in Houston County, shared about use of video technology with the local MGEV Program. She shared about finishing up the spring training for new MGEVs as well as how Facebook live sessions for their closed Facebook group facilitated group meetings between MGEVs.

In case you are interested in the pollinator activity bags that Houston County shared with libraries, check out Charlotte’s video.

She shared two garden tours that were part of the monthly meetings for MGEVs in the central Georgia area. You can view the public version of those tours.

You can friend Houston County Extension on their Facebook page.

As we were wrapping up, Lee Tanenbaum from North Fulton shared that they, too, have been working on a video series. She offered to share their tips for virtual programming. If you are interested in receiving a copy, contact ANR Agent Carol Stringer with the Fulton County Extension office, at carol.stringer@uga.edu.
