Rockdale County, located in North Georgia just south of the state capital of Atlanta, is home to approximately 93,570 residents.
Our efforts within the county this first year will focus on the development, assessment, and evaluation of the partnership between HOP and Rockdale County. We hope to ensure that Rockdale County residents are better educated about nutrition and physical activity so they can live healthier!
