Brewing Success in the Craft Beer Industry

Whether you’ve been brewing for years or are just getting started, this multi-day workshop will immerse you into the local brew scene while you learn: equipment selection and scaling, growth in non-beer products, a return to classics, wild yeast harvesting and propagation, sustainability, DEI, creating impact on a small budget and more!

Participants will tour area breweries and experience community impact first-hand. The course will be a mix of hands-on labs, lectures, and panel discussions. This workshop is held in partnership with Athentic Brewing, Creature Comforts, NormalTown Brewing Co., South Main Brewing, and more.
