Savor the State: A Flavor of Georgia Tasting Experience

For the first time in contest history, the Flavor of Georgia Food Product Contest will feature a market-style event showcasing all 36 contest finalists and their product lines. On April 17th, at the Classic Center in downtown Athens, Flavor of Georgia will host its new event: Savor the State: A Flavor of Georgia Tasting Experience.
Savor the State will be a fun opportunity for everyone to sample amazing products, meet the people that make them, and to support Georgia businesses by purchasing products! The College of Agricultural & Environmental Sciences is excited to invite the general public to participate in this unique and tasty occasion.
There will be three finalists from each of the twelve product contest categories sharing samples and selling their goods. Attendees will be able to participate in choosing the 2025 Flavor of Georgia Peoples’ Choice Award by sampling all of the finalists’ products and voting for their favorite!
All attendees are also invited to watch the 2025 Flavor of Georgia Awards Ceremony as winners are selected from each of the twelve categories, leading up to the awarding of the 2025 Flavor of Georgia Grand Prize. The awards ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m.
