4. Teaching with Animals

During this workshop, we toured Northwest Laurens Elementary School in Dudley, Georgia. We also heard from Dr. Nick Fuhrman from UGA, who taught about “Teaching with Animals,” and from Shane Curry from UGA Extension who brought a special guest! We ended the day at R&G Farms where we learned about the growing hydroponic lettuce on a larger scale. Links for the day are listed below.
