Ready to get started? UGA Extension offers the National Diabetes Prevention Program throughout the state of Georgia, in both online and in-person formats. Programs are opened for registration periodically throughout the year based on cohort availability. UGA Extension’s National Diabetes Prevention Program is a yearlong lifestyle change program.
