I wanted to inform local cattle producers about the virtual opportunity starting in January 2024. The Georgia Master Cattlemen Program will be offered by Zoom for cattle producers. The cost is $20. The program will be 8 sessions starting Monday evening January 22nd beginning at 6pm. Topics covered during the 8 sessions will include Nutrition Management, Forage Management, Beef Cattle Economics, External Parasites & Fencing/Facilities, Evaluation & Selection along with a Georgia Cattlemen’s Update, Beef Quality Assurance, Herd Health, and Reproduction.
