Where do you find weather and climate data?

If you’ve ever looked for weather or climate data, you may feel a bit lost.  There are a lot of places to get it if you know the secrets, but not all of them are equally easy to use.  I have previously posted a list of sites at https://site.extension.uga.edu/climate/2014/09/list-of-web-sites-with-weather-and-climate-data-for-georgia-and-beyond/. But NOAA has a nice new site which also helps you identify where to get what you need. Their dataset gallery is located at https://www.climate.gov/maps-data/datasets. If you still can’t find what you need, you can always contact me for fast, friendly service!
