There will be two storm systems coming through the Southeast this week. The first is moving into the area now and will bring wintry weather to a lot of the region over the long weekend. A second system with lighter rain amounts is expected by mid-week but should not produce winter precipitation in most areas. The only place that is left out is southern Florida, which will be largely missed by the second system. Week 2 should be fairly cold and dry.
