National Geographic has an interesting set of animated maps showing seasonal migration patterns for seven different species of birds that you might be interested in seeing. The maps show how morning counts of birds vary by month, which allows you to see how they move with the seasons. There is also a map which shows the migration flight of a hawk superimposed on satellite maps which show the weather patterns. You can see the maps here.
