The latest 7-day QPF map shows that most areas of the Southeast should see decent rains this week, mostly in the form of scattered thunderstorms. The wettest area is likely to be the Florida Panhandle and Gulf Coast of Alabama, with wet conditions also off the East Coast of North Carolina. The driest areas are likely to be the inland areas along the East Coast away from the sea breeze and the East Coast of Florida.
