The extended range forecast for the Southeast through the end of February into early March shows that while cold temperatures are continuing to hammer the northern part of the US, our temperatures here in the Southeast should moderate, especially in the southern part of the region, bringing some relief from the cold.  Rainfall is expected to be above normal through the end of March.
