The latest 7-day QPF map shows that most of the Southeast should be very dry this week, with no rain expected in most of Florida and only light rain expected in most other places other than the Appalachian Mountains, which could see a bit more. Probably a good week to make hay if you are ready to cut. Dry conditions are expected to continue into the second week before we move back to a wetter pattern. If you are interested in where the QPF forecasts come from, you can visit the Weather Prediction Center to see this and many other weather forecast products at https://www.wpc.ncep.noaa.gov/#page=ovw.
