Many of you are probably sick of the rain that has been falling for the past two weeks, at least in the wet areas of the Southeast.  You will be happy to know that most of the storms that pass through the area in the next week are expected to drop the majority of their rain off the coast, although most areas of the Southeast will receive at least some moisture.  Cooler conditions will also prevail after the record-setting December warmth.  I expect to see colder conditions coming to many areas in the next two to three weeks, so don’t expect warm weather to continue.
