The latest 7-day QPF map shows that the weather pattern that has brought wet conditions to the northern part of the region while leaving the southern part dry is expected to continue again this week. We can expect to see almost no rain in Florida and in southern parts of AL and GA as well as along the East Coast, while the northern parts of AL and GA as well as western parts of the Carolinas and Virginia could see quite a bit. No way of telling when this will end, it’s been an amazingly persistent pattern this year.
