The latest 7-day precipitation map shows that after a fairly dry weekend for most of the region, the next system will bring relatively small amounts of rain to the region by mid-week as it moves through the Southeast. The exception is eastern Florida, which has been dry and very warm in the past couple of weeks. They will see rain this weekend before things start to dry out during the week.
