The latest 7-day QPF forecast shows that much of the coastline of the Southeast (with the exception of southern Florida) will receive ample rain in the next week. The stalled front which has caused tremendous rainfall in the last week along the west coast of peninsular Florida is not expected to move much in the coming seven days, adding more rainfall to the already saturated areas. Most of Alabama, northern Georgia and the western Carolinas will be the driest areas this week.
