The latest 7-day QPF forecast for the Southeast shows another wet week for the peninsula of Florida, with a chance of showers every day next week.  Other areas of the Southeast  can also expect to experience scattered showers, although away from the coast there should be some dry days next Monday through Thursday.

The big wild card late this week is Hurricane Danny, which is predicted to weaken to a tropical storm or perhaps even a depression but which could still bring rainy weather to Florida and the East Coast late in the week, depending on which path the storm takes.  For updates you can visit the National Hurricane Center at https://www.hurricanes.gov.
