The next few days should be sunny and dry for most of the Southeast, but once Monday hits, watch for rain chances to increase.  A slow-moving weather system will start dropping a significant amount of rain in western parts of the region by Monday and the system will slowly progress to the east over the week.  The heaviest rain will cover the majority of the Southeast on Thursday and Friday, with more than an inch expected in most locations, again except for southern Florida.  The wet conditions will make it difficult for farmers to work in the fields.  Enjoy the sunshine while it lasts!
