The latest 7-day QPF map shows that the heaviest rain this week is likely to fall in Florida and in the Gulf and Atlantic off the coasts of the Southeast. Rain may fall in the next couple of days across the region but by Tuesday evening high pressure will dominate areas away from the coasts and Florida, allowing farmers to get into their fields after a rainy pattern made field work difficult.
