The latest Atlantic tropical storm outlook shows that there is a moderate chance of storm development in the next week in the central Atlantic. However, the models are currently showing that the center is likely to move north before it reaches North America, so it is likely no threat to us even if it does develop. The two other regions of interest on yesterday’s map have vanished. But as we approach the main hurricane season, we could start to see more activity, so continue your preparations before a storm gets close enough to threaten us.
