Two rain events will dominate the Southeast this week. Over the weekend, a stationary front draped across southern AL and GA and northern FL will bring the heaviest rain to those areas, while other areas will see little to no rain. Midweek will be dominated by high pressure and it should be dry across the region. Late in the week a Gulf low will bring a lot of rain to western parts of the region. Rain will likely come to eastern parts of the region as this low moves towards the northeast after next weekend. Temperatures should warm up ahead of the low and then drop to below normal after the low passes.
