Do you like to read about history? Here is a list of ten books that are also stories about important weather events. While it’s too early to get them as Christmas presents (unless you like to shop way, way ahead), they would make great birthday presents or a gift to yourself. I have read about half the books on the list and especially enjoyed Isaac’s Storm, but am looking forward to Firestorm at Peshtigo, since I used to live in Wisconsin.
