The preliminary climate summary for the Southeast shows that all of the region had temperatures that were above normal and most areas were also wetter than normal. The precipitation map below shows what looks like a bad data point in central Georgia that will probably be corrected later but also shows the dry area in southern Georgia and northern Florida that is currently showing abnormally dry conditions.
