The latest 7-day QPF map shows that the main storm track this week will be in the north and west parts of the Southeast, where several inches may fall over the next seven days. Away from the storm track in the Florida peninsula and along the coasts of the other states, little rain should fall. That general warm and wet pattern should continue for most of the rest of January.
