Ben Potter posted a story in AgWeb this week about two good sources of information on weather and climate data via apps for your smartphone and online.  You can read it here.  One of the resources is a web page of agricultural weather maps at https://www.atmos.illinois.edu/~snodgrss/Ag_Wx.html.  It has a wealth of maps of current weather and climate conditions, including the current status of La Niña and forecasts at a variety of time scales across the US.
