The latest weather forecast models are now showing the advance of cooler, fall-like air into the Southeast in the next few days following the slow passage of a cold front through the region starting on Monday night.  By late Wednesday and into Thursday and Friday we could see temperatures below normal for the first time in months.  But after this cool blast, warmer temperatures are expected to return to most of the region, so enjoy it while you can!  No worries about frost yet–it’s much too early for that.
