The next round of rain should enter the Southeast late Saturday night into Sunday.  Most of the day on Sunday should be fairly wet, depending on where you are, with amounts of 1/2 to 1 inch in most areas.  That system will exit the Southeast on Monday as a cold front moves through the region on Monday morning.  We could even hear a few rumbles of thunder or see some strong storms as the front passes.  After that, most of the precipitation should remain near the coast with the development of a Gulf low around Wednesday, bringing smaller amounts of rain into the area.  Looking ahead we should see cooler and drier than normal conditions for the week after this.
