Recently, we have gotten requests for information on prices and what payments would have been and might be with the new seed cotton program. Landowners and producers can now makes choices and enroll in the seed cotton program through their local FSA office. The outlook for payments in 2018 and in the next farm bill (2019-2023) can be an important factor in these choices/decisions.
