AUXIN TRAINING REQUIREMENTS \u2013 GEORGIA 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Engenia, FeXapan, Tavium, XtendiMax<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
1. All applicators<\/strong> driving the tractor\/sprayer applying these herbicides must attend Using Pesticides Wisely during 2021 prior to using these products<\/em>!   
2. As mandated by federal law, applicators must have a private or commercial pesticide applicator license to apply these products. Labels specifically state \u201cTo be used by certified applicators only; NOT to be used by uncertified persons working under the supervision of a certified applicator, except that uncertified person may transport containers.\u201d<\/em>  <\/td><\/tr>
Enlist Duo or Enlist One<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
1. All persons in charge of in-season applications<\/strong> of Enlist Duo or Enlist One in Enlist cotton or soybean must attend Using Pesticides Wisely training prior to using these products in 2021<\/em>!    <\/td><\/tr>
Attending Georgia\u2019s Using Pesticide Wisely Training<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
Virtual Trainings:<\/em><\/strong> Applicators are asked to please select one of the dates provided below to attend a virtual training. Although far from an ideal training approach, it is the most efficient and safe method to communicate critical information that applicators must understand for the 2021 growing season. The training will last no more than 1.5 hr.<\/em>
 
If computer or internet access restricts participation, contact your local county Extension office.  

NO TRAININGS<\/span><\/u> will be offered after April 15 for the 2021 season.<\/strong>  <\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Each individual<\/strong> applicator must pre-register to attend the training. Registration is permitted up to 2 hours prior to the training. <\/em><\/strong> Make sure you have your pesticide license number available for registration.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Documentation of UPW Training<\/strong><\/td><\/tr>
Attendee\u2019s names will be placed on a list posted to the Georgia Department of Agriculture\u2019s auxin website at https:\/\/www.agr.georgia.gov\/24c.aspx<\/a>. Please allow up to 21 days after the training date for names to be posted. This list will serve as the official training record as attendance verification. Two hours of pesticide credit for private or commercial will be offered as long as a pesticide license number is provided during registration. <\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n
