We would like to mention\/remind growers or other interested parties of the many upcoming opportunities. Please click on items below to get more details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2021 Production meetings can be attended virtually for the following crops: corn\/soybeans; peanuts; cotton; and pecans. Go to Extension Production meetings<\/a> to find the details and registration links. <\/p>\n\n\n\n There will be two upcoming Vegetable Production meetings<\/em> of interest to growers. The first is next week on January 26 at 1:00 p.m.<\/strong>, and will cover multiple vegetable crops<\/em><\/strong>. The second meeting on February 8 at 1:00 p.m.<\/strong>, will focus mainly on watermelons<\/em><\/strong>. These meetings will be virtual, also. Mark your calendar and contact the Worth County Extension Office to get viewing information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The Georgia Cotton Commission Annual meeting<\/strong> will be virtual on January 27, 2021. See the details at Georgia Cotton News<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As mentioned, the GA Clean Day<\/a> opportunity is coming soon in Mitchell County.
