There have been some questions about rates for defoliation when treating re-growth of cotton.

It depends on how long it has been since initial defoliation application, rain, and the severity of the re-growth when determining rates.

It would be best just to harvest the crop if not much re-growth is there, but if much time has past since defoliation, and rains have been a factor, here are some options and rates to consider for defoliation with the current temperatures we have been getting.

3 ounces of Dropp (thidiazuron)

8 ounces of Folex (tribufos)

or

8 ounces of Ginstar (thidiazuron + diuron)

Most likely, it will take about 6 days of sunshine to help get the green foliage off the plant.
