Where in the dough stage right now and we need just a little bit more dry time before we get it out of the field. Of course we don\u2019t need these cloudy days as well as rain at this time. However, this wheat is definitely not finished, and some wheat I hear about in other counties that is already done runs the risk of sprouting.
