It seems like a few weeks ago we had a small frost, but only in the ditches. Yesterday’s frost was very evident as early morning temperature was 33 degrees.  The UGA Weather Station in Vienna had it at 32 degrees. Here are some pictures from yesterday morning. The last two year’s first frost was on December 10th. I hope this means we will have some more cold weather this season. Atleast it feels like Thanksgiving. A few months ago, climatologists said there is equal chance for above, below and normal temperatures this winter. Now La Nina has become established, but it doesn’t mean that we will not have any rain or any cold. We sure could use some cold weather this winter, however.
