Snack Attack!


Today, we had a major snack attack. It was real and not-snacking was not an option. However, ruining tonight’s run with a bowl full of ice cream, chocolate, peanuts and nougat was also not an option (move more, live more!). What to do? Oh, we have the bowl for you!

Greek Yogurt is one of our favorite go-to snacks. It has a ton of protein (which is absolutely necessary to build muscle) and tastes great with everything. We love to try it with…

-no-sugar-added preserves (strawberries are in season…)


-blueberries (Georgia grown)



-on top of mexican fare

-peanut butter
