This free app lets you choose from a list of workouts that meet your goal and fitness level. The workouts range from 30 to 40 minutes. Most of the exercises require little to no equipment.
Each workout is broken down into short exercises with a specific amount of time. The exercises have step by step instructions with pictures, or you can watch a video to learn the move.
Similar to other Nike apps, you can connect through Facebook and get cheered on by your friends. You can also listen to your own music.
The app keeps track of your activity and also lets you set reminders on your phone to make sure you don’t forget to work out.
