Vineyard and Winery Association of West Georgia invites you to their annual pruning workshop to be held on Saturday, March 3 at Trillium Vineyards. UGA Viticulture Specialist Dr. Cain Hickey will be the featured speaker to discuss and demonstrate the proper techniques of pruning winegrapes. The pruning workshop is for all interested in winegrape production. The vines to be pruned are growing hybrid winegrapes on vertical shoot position, Geneva double curtain, and Watson trellis systems.
The program will be held from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at the Trillium Vineyards Tasting Room located at 1994 Old Bush Mill Road in Bremen, Haralson County, Georgia.
