The results are in from this past season’s Onion Variety Trial at the Vidalia Onion and Vegetable Research Center. We have the yields and grades, along with the flavor results from each variety that was harvested in 2025. This year, we evaluated 49 entries in the trial. I would like to thank all the participating seed companies, UGA County Extension Agents, and UGA Extension Specialists who contributed to this trial.
