If you have a peanut maturity sample that you would like to have checked, I would be happy to run a check on the maturity board for you. If you bring a sample by when I am out in the county, I will check them when I get back to the office and let you know how close your peanuts are to being ready to dig. Please be sure to leave your name, number, and peanut planting date with the sample of around 200 peanuts if you do drop off a sample when I am not here. At this point, I have not yet checked any samples, but please let me know if you have any fields that you think might be getting close to being ready to dig.
