La Nina is still in place and should be on until the Spring. We know the La Nina calls for warmer and drier during winters in the South. Well, it’s kind of been the opposite, hasn’t it? Our annual January temperature is down a degree and our annual January precipitation is above average by 3.5 inches. This is definitely not what we expect with La Nina keep in mind that all of this data is based on statistics and every year is different. The climatologist are calling for the next several weeks to look more like what we expected from the beginning, warmer and drier. I guess well see how it goes.
