NOAA just released its November weather forecast. They are calling for it to be warmer and drier. Our area shows a 33% chance for above average temperature and a 40% chance for below average precipitation. This pattern follows closely with the La Nina we are currently in. There will some colder periods but for the most part November will be warmer and drier.
