The Tattnall County Extension staff has been monitoring the COVID-19 situation\nclosely. We will follow the guidance of UGA, local emergency management\nagencies, health departments, and school systems to guide our activity\nschedules. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Based on\nrecommendations from Tattnall County BOE and the Health Department, all\nin-school and after-school 4-H competitions, practices, events and group\nactivities have been temporarily suspended until it is deemed safe to resume these\nactivities. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Unfortunately,\nTattnall County 4-H has cancelled or postponed all of the following activities\nand events: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Cloverleaf DPA Afterschool Practices AND Cloverleaf DPA \u2013 March 21st<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n Wayne County Outdoor Archery Match \u2013 March 21st<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4-H Archery Practices \u2013 March 15th<\/sup>, 22nd<\/sup>, and 29th<\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n 4-H Poultry Judging Team \u2013 All March and April Practices<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4-H Senior Conference \u2013 April 4-5<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tattnall County Outdoor Archery Match \u2013 April 4<\/p>\n\n\n\n These cancellations\nare effective for Tattnall County 4-H youth only and may not reflect District\nor Statewide cancellations.<\/strong> Additional information will be shared individually\nearly next week with youth who were registered for these events, especially in\nregards to refunds for paid events. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The Tattnall County Extension Office will remain open Monday \u2013 Friday,\n8 a.m. \u2013 5 p.m. (Closed Noon \u2013 1 p.m. for lunch). Feel free to come by if you\nwould like to meet with the 4-H staff about other events or activities coming\nup.
