Registration is now open for Fall Forum, December 14-15, 2019 at Rock Eagle 4-H Center. This event is a great opportunity for youth in 9th-12th grade to experience Rock Eagle, participate in fun workshops led by their peers, as well as possibly take on a leadership role themselves. Registration spaces are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. Cost for the event is $100, which covers transportation, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, Saturday night lodging, Sunday breakfast, and all classes. Youth will need to eat breakfast before they arrive on Saturday and bring money for lunch on Sunday on the way home. Registration may be mailed or hand-delivered to the Tattnall County Extension Office (P.O. Box 580, Reidsville, GA 30453). All registrations must be received by November 20th or a late fee of $5 will be added. For more information on exhibit and service leader opportunities, read on below. If you have additional questions, please contact the Extension Office at (912) 557-6724 or contact Mrs. Rebekah. Printed registration forms are available at the Extension Office and are posted in the hallways at TCHS.

Service Leader Application

We pledge our hands to larger service!  4-H’ers are encouraged to lead a community service activity for participants during the Exhibit and Service Fair.  Projects should be easy to do in a short time frame and provide something for a group in need.  Examples are letters to military families or 4-H donors, decorations for a senior center, caps for cancer patients, etc.

Selected service leaders must supply materials; however, may submit receipts for reimbursement of supplies up to $25.00.  Service leaders will be responsible for collecting items created and delivering them to the identified group.

All applications must be submitted through the Qualtrics link below. All service leader applications are due Wednesday, November 20, no later than 5:00 PM.  LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Apply at https://tinyurl.com/FallForum19ServiceLeader

Exhibitor Application

Fall Forum participants have the opportunity to showcase an exhibit focusing on his or her DPA project area.  The exhibit can be on a tri-fold board and can highlight any topic of choice based 4-H’er interest. This is a great opportunity to gain “sharing and helping” credit for your portfolio. You may use your Kiwanis Fair Mini-booth to share at this event. Fall Forum exhibits will share information with the more than 600 high school 4-H’ers attending Fall Forum – excellent portfolio material!

All exhibitor applications are due Wednesday, December 4, by 5:00 PM. LATE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Application process is first come, first serve and the first 100 applications will be accepted. Apply at https://tinyurl.com/FallForum19Exhibitor

Volunteer Leader Dinner
