Many of you have already received notification of changes at the Farm Service Agency Office. Below is the announcement:
Due to budget-related challenges and in order to continue to provide producers the best possible customer service, the Montgomery/Treutlen County FSA Office entered into a Permanent Shared Management Operation with the Toombs County FSA Office.
As a result of this Shared Management Operation, the Montgomery/Treutlen County FSA Office will have reduced hours of operation. You may contact Toombs County CED, Jason Adams, to schedule an appointment to visit the Montgomery/Treutlen County FSA; otherwise, the Toombs County FSA staff can access your records. Producers are encouraged to visit the Toombs County FSA Office to conduct their FSA business Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 pm.
Producer will have the option to select another Administrative Office to administer their farm records if it is more convenient.
