Activities include a presentation on water quality and sampling techniques, a short certification quiz, and a demonstration at the nearby lake. After completing the training, attendees will be certified Adopt-A-Wetland volunteers and can collect data to submit to the Georgia Adopt-A-Stream online database maintained by the GA Environmental Protection Division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please bring a pen or pencil, water, and snack, and dress appropriately for the weather. We will be spending some time outside during our demonstration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a face-to-face training located at 438 W Oglethorpe Hwy, Hinesville, GA 31313Bryant Commons Park<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Volunteers, staff, and parents can register at <a href=\"https:\/\/uga.givepulse.com\/event\/238668-Adopt-A-Wetland-Training-Session-and-Demonstration\">https:\/\/uga.givepulse.com\/event\/238668-Adopt-A-Wetland-Training-Session-and-Demonstration<\/a>.
