As we continue to navigate ways to engage and educate during a pandemic we often turn to virtual trainings to ensure success. We are excited to share that there is an opportunity for military staff to attend the 4-H Volunteer Conference of Southern States. The conference includes offerings in the areas of science, healthy living, civic engagement, club management, and positive youth development. For Air Force partners this is a direct correlation with the AFI. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If a staff member\/ 4-H Military Volunteer is interested in participating in a session please coordinate directly with Laura Goss at laurwalt@uga.edu. Conference fees are being covered per state; therefore, conference access can be shared among several people. Once the specific sessions are released I can work one-on-one to schedule out training access for the conference. Additionally, there will be recorded digital content that can be viewed whenever. Let’s plan to connect so we can educate ourselves to best educate young people. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
