Georgia Afterschool & Youth Development Training Series

Registration is now open for the July webinar series offered by the Georgia Afterschool & Youth Development Initiative.  The July webinars will be about STEM and STEAM programs. 

On the Farm STEM

On the Farm STEM produced by the American Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture is offering a free “Phenomena Found in Agriculture” virtual training related to agriculture and STEM.  The information presented will be aligned to the Next Generation Science Standards.  The sessions will be July 21 and July 23 at 11:00am EST. 

STEM Leadership Alliance

The STEM Leadership Alliance is offering its annual conference in a virtual format taking place July 13-16, 2020.  Registration is currently open and has both free and paid (advanced) sessions. 

Summer Activity Guide

The Georgia Statewide Afterschool Network has released Unit 2 (Healthy Living) and Unit 3 (Passion & Purpose) of the Summer Activity Guide.  Additionally, they have published a schedule with the release dates of the other units that will be available. 

STEM@HOME

The STEM Ecosystems Initiative is providing webinars, activities, etc. related to STEM programming as part of their new STEM@HOME initiative.
