Here’s the line-up for the summer months of our Thoughtful Thursdays webinar series for Georgia MGEVs:

This week, Sheri Dorn, our state program coordinator, will be sharing all about the Junior Master Gardener (JMG) program, an international youth gardening program of the university cooperative Extension network. Check out the JMG webpage ahead of time if you’re interested. Pictured here is a breakout session activity from the JMG Conference Sheri attended earlier this year.
Thoughtful Thursdays take place online via a Zoom webinar from 2:00 PM – 2:30 PM and are open to all MGEVs, trainees and veterans. The webinar link will be emailed to MGEVs the week of the session. If you can’t make it to the live session, just view the recording through the archives available within your MGLOG account. Here’s how to view all Thoughtful Thursday webinar recordings:
- After logging into MGLOG and scrolling down on the homepage, you’ll see the Thoughtful Thursday Video panel on the left side.
- Underneath the most recent video is a button that turns red when you mouse over it. Clicking it directs you to a listing of all TT videos.
- To view them, you have to drag the bottom navigation bar to right until you see the red YouTube buttons. Click to view the TT recording you are interested in. The video will pop up over the MGLOG TT menu.
After you participate in a live Thoughtful Thursday session or view a recording, be sure to record your time in MGLOG as Continuing Education (CE). Directions for recording CE are outlined in this blog post.
