There was a total of 6 volunteers, for a total of 4 hours*6 volunteers=24 volunteer hours. Shirts and supplies were provided by KBB. The volunteers paddled in kayaks and retrieved trash from the sides of the riverbanks and shallow water areas. The 6 volunteers removed 4 bags of trash, metal material, a chair, &amp; several sport balls out of the Etowah River (equal to 100 pounds).
